Alex was friendly, funny, reassuring, very knowledgeable, low-key, and professional. He began by finding out not only what we wanted but why. He made time for us when we came to town from out of state on just two weekends about 3 weeks apart, and consulted with us remotely on the other occasions. We looked at enough houses to get a feel for the market in order to set our expectations for house quality and price, but not so many as to become exhausted.
